The United Kingdom has many different types of Business Visas.
Business Person Visa: Applies to those who intend to own and manage their own business in the UK, and who have at least £200,000 to invest.
Business Visitor Visa: Applies to those who wish to visit the UK for a short period and conduct business. For example: attending meetings or conferences, negotiate contracts, etc.
Investor Visa: Applies to those who wish to come to the UK and invest at least £1m in the UK economy.
Innovator Visa: Applies to those who wish to come to the UK to start up a new, innovatory business, i.e. a business that produces a new product or supplies a new service.
Sole Representative Visa: Applies to those who are senior employees of an overseas-based company that wishes to set up a branch in the UK and then run it.
